Terms of Service

Service. GIFtoVideo.ai provides browser-based media conversion tools and optional AI enhancement services. The free converter is provided as-is, with no warranty.

Acceptable use. You may not use the service to process content you do not have rights to, or for any unlawful purpose. AI credits and API access are personal to your account and may not be resold without written agreement.

Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Unused AI credits reset monthly and are not carried over or refundable.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.
